Online Learning students may wish to obtain a picture student identification card from Vermont Law School for a variety of reasons. To ensure that we issue the identification card to the actual student, we ask students to complete the following steps.
1. Make a photocopy of a government-issued photo identification (passport, drivers license, etc.). On the same page of the photocopy, have a public notary notarize that the identification belongs to you, and that it is an accurate and identical replication of the government-issued photo identification.
2. Submit a jpg headshot suitable for photo identification. A drug store passport photo is ideal.
3. Upload your photocopy and photo jpg using the form below, then complete and submit the form. (All fields are required.) Once the Online Learning office has verified your identity, student identifications will be issued within two weeks.
